Convidencia is currently looking for a Marketing & Digital Product Manager with 5 to 10 years of experience for a permanent contract in Waterloo - partial remote work!

We are in the scaling phase and are structuring our overall marketing strategy as well as our portfolio of digital products (automated diagnostic tools, e-learning, SaaS solutions, etc.). To accelerate our growth, we are looking for a Marketing & Digital Product Manager who will steer our marketing efforts and ensure the performance of our digital products.

Your missions

Development of the digital product portfolio

  • Steer the development, evolution, and performance of our digital products.
  • Design and implement a product marketing strategy to enhance their visibility and adoption.
  • Develop product traction and ensure product/market fit.
  • Respect the KPIs: revenue growth, customer acquisition, retention.

Marketing strategy and acquisition

  • Develop the brand, visibility, and recognition of Convidencia in its markets.
  • Manage all customer acquisition and retention actions, with the support of the communications team.
  • Oversee the management of communication resources (external contributors, agencies, freelancers).

Development and management of business partnerships

  • Identify and activate new strategic partners.
  • Manage business relationships with key partners to maximize their engagement.

Your profile

  • Experience: 5 to 10 years in digital marketing, digital product management, or growth marketing.
  • Marketing strategy: expertise in branding, positioning, acquisition, retention, pricing, and market analysis.
  • Analytical skills: proficiency with analytics tools and understanding of growth drivers.
  • Partnership management: ability to negotiate, activate, and optimize strategic collaborations.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit: autonomy, proactivity, and results-oriented.
  • Strategic collaboration: constant interaction with the commercial management and the executive team.
  • Bonus: experience with product management tools, CRM, or marketing automation.
